When we accepted management of this one bed ground floor flat in High Wycombe, it was a tired magnolia BTL property. Now it's a welcoming resting spot for our corporate clients and their staff.

Kensington in Liverpool, that is. This 3 bed terraced house was dated and underperforming and had experienced problem tenants. It underwent an effective redecoration and is now a stress-free asset for its owner.

Our first managed property, this 3 bed 3 bath maisonette in West London remains in our portfolio after almost 10 years. The landlord has enjoyed almost a decade of zero-void, zero-hassle ownership.

This 4 bed 2.5 bath beauty is located near High Wycombe, South Buckinghamshire. It now provides a clean and comfortable living space for contractors working in and around the area.

One of the most popular properties in our portfolio, this Buckinghamshire 4 bed house has been thoughtfully redecorated throughout. The owner had previously struggled with lengthy voids, but this is no longer a problem. 

The owner of this new build house wanted a secure and totally hands-off approach and this is what we've provided him. We of course added a few stylish touches to the property to give it some added character.

After dealing with constant tenant complaints and paying 10% mgt fees to a lettings agent, this landlord is now happily not dealing with any minor maintenance or tenant issues and not paying any management fees.
