How It Works
1 / Viewing & Agreement
We view the property and discuss any questions you have. If the property fits our criteria and you'd like to proceed, each party signs a management contract.
2 / Property Preparation
We will carry out a light refurbishment of the property where required, to meet our clients' expectations and fully furnish the property.
3 / Relax & Earn
You will receive your agreed rent each month and enjoy hands-off property ownership.
4 / Renewal
At the end of the contract duration, we will either hand the property back in the same condition (or better) than when we got it, or you can choose to renew the contract.
